| Semantic Annotations | Ontology-based metadata on a Web resource: they may either correspond to the semantics underlying the resource or to information not contained in the resource. Semantic annotations can correspond to instances of concepts or of relations of ontology. The process of semantic annotation aims to transform a human-understandable content into a machine-understandable content. |
